I feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to attend Mimi’s Nurtured by Nature retreat. The location itself was amazing, nestled amongst lush greenery and rice paddies. We were nourished with delicious, healthy meals that were prepared with fresh ingredients harvested from the organic garden on site. Mimi offered a great mix of dynamic and yin yoga classes, workshops with a specific focus, as well as some meditation and pranayama practice. There was also plenty of time to chill out, get a massage, swim and go for some walks. It was a beautiful week which we all wished would never end. I thank Mimi for all of the attention to detail that she put into this retreat and for sharing her beautiful energy and knowledge with us. It was a very special experience that I will always cherish.

Mimi provided such a beautiful and immersive experience guiding us through our daily practice which was so thoughtfully designed to suit everybody. Amongst picturesque surroundings, a perfect balance of challenging flows, workshops and evening yin classes to recharge us ready for the next day.

The experience would not have been complete without a teacher that I was able to trust completely in leading our practice - An incredible teacher encouraging us to connect with ourselves and break through comfort zones. Mimi’s inspiring presence made this retreat so fun, memorable and such a joy to be a part of. This was my first yoga retreat, and with wholehearted thanks to Mimi, the first of many to come!

Wow! I was impressed how Mimi pulled that off. Her first retreat and everything was perfectly organised. You couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful location, the scenery was breathtaking and the yoga facilities very comforting. 

I’m not sure how Mimi did it but she has chosen the most beautiful, inspirational Yogi’s for this time :)

The amount of yoga sessions we did was well balanced and gave everyone enough time to relax & reflect. I loved the reviving morning sessions and her afternoon workshops (which unfortunately I couldn’t do all due to injury) were an inspiring learning experience.

My favourite was the breathing work we did and I’ll definitely include this in my practice 

In short, I couldn’t have wished for any more :) Thank you Mimi!!!

Do it! Don’t overthink! Yes, you are worth it! I loved every moment of my retreat with Mimi! The week was punctuated with a rhythm that flowed effortlessly from morning meditation to talking at dinner. Mimi’s approach is gently encouraging for yogis of all abilities. She is generous in sharing her skills & knowledge on & off the mat. Being with like minded people was a joy! Before returning home I made myself a promise to do it all again!

Mimi’s retreats are one of a kind. She provides such amazing yoga classes, meditation and workshops along with constant personal feedback on how you can improve every pose. I challenged myself with lots of new hand balances and was excited to see so much progress over the week! Mimi’s retreat provided a comfortable and safe place to practice, eat great food and laugh with new friends.

Who would have thought that I would be ready to signup for a one-week yoga retreat just three weeks into starting Yoga? As a beginner, the thought was intimidating, but I decided why not! A decision I never looked back on. Mimi was very encouraging and had variations for every pose, accommodating everyone’s abilities. Nothing was impossible. The experience was grounding, calming, and heightened self-awareness. Off the mat, Mimi is a delightful and caring person to be around and has her way of bringing people together. I made new friendships that I believe will be around for a long time. The retreat was the ideal holiday summing up mindfulness, friendships, laughter, and great memories. I will definitely do it again. Thank you Mimi, for helping me discover the new me.
